[ RUSH ] Increased the maximum countdown-after-elimination time from 7 seconds to 14 seconds on end rooms and Convoy. The countdown-after-elimination time does not activate in cases where an entire team dies to suicides, team kills, and/or disconnects. 新增 Static Square 准星样式与描边选项，Rush 模式计时与倒计时逻辑微调，宠物照片改用高质量 JPEG 并限制贴纸，另有地图指引、动画与 UI 的小幅优化。

  • 新增准星样式 8（Static Square），并扩展准星描边选项；PC 与 Vulkan 的准星着色器也已更新。
  • Rush 模式调整：缩短冻结与热身时间、缩短技术暂停，并重写倒计时逻辑以区分决胜房间并追踪合法击杀。
  • 宠物拍照改为保存为 JPEG（最长边 1200、质量 95），并统一使用 `PetPhotoTag.EXT = '.jpg'`，减小体积并优化加载。
  • 贴纸系统整合库存事件、使用 `item_definition:sticker` 过滤、限制每张照片 `MAX_PLACED_STICKERS = 10`，并在放置/移除时同步 UI。
  • 玩家名片中的宠物书入口仅在宠物已孵化或存在已退休宠物书时显示，菜单行为更直观；同时跨界面文案（准星、颜色选择器）已本地化与澄清。
  • 官方 de_train 地图注释更新，主世界模型动画图刷新，且新增曲线编辑器按键绑定与 JPEG/压缩相关的引擎字符串，主要为创作与后端管线改进。
