When you subscribe, we collect your email address, selected language, subscription tier, alert preferences, free trial email count, unsubscribe status, and basic email delivery records.

When you purchase Pro, Stripe processes your payment. We store limited billing metadata such as your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, price ID, renewal period, and cancellation state. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical logs such as IP address, user agent, request time, error logs, and security events.

We use your email address to send CS2 update alerts, free trial notices, subscription notices, and service messages related to CS2News.gg.

We use billing metadata to activate or stop Pro email alerts, prevent duplicate webhook processing, and maintain subscription records.

We use technical logs to operate the site, diagnose errors, protect the service, and understand whether key pages and jobs are working.

Free subscribers can try 3 instant alert emails. After the trial is used, we may send one reminder explaining that Pro is required to keep receiving instant email alerts.

Every marketing or alert email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops CS2News.gg alert emails for that address and language.

Unsubscribing from emails does not automatically cancel an active paid Stripe subscription. To cancel billing, use the Stripe cancellation flow when available or contact [email protected].

We use Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, invoices, and payment-related webhooks.

We use Resend to deliver email alerts and service emails.

We use database and hosting providers to store article, subscriber, email delivery, and billing metadata. We may use AI providers to help generate update summaries from game update information; subscriber email addresses are not needed for article generation.

We keep subscriber records while your subscription is active or while needed to honor unsubscribe status, billing records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, or legal requirements.

Email delivery logs and failed delivery records may be kept for debugging and abuse prevention.

You can request deletion or correction of your subscriber data by contacting [email protected]. Some billing records may need to be retained when required by payment, tax, or legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect subscriber and billing metadata. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

If we learn of a security issue that materially affects your information, we will take appropriate steps based on the nature of the issue and applicable requirements.

CS2News.gg is not directed to children under 13. Do not subscribe or purchase if you are not old enough to use online paid services in your location.

If you access the service from outside the country where our providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries by our infrastructure, email, payment, and hosting providers.
